About Amelia

Amelia Edmondson is an experienced professional with over 20 years of hair styling to her name. She perfected her craft during 12 years of work at the iconic Umberto Salon of Beverly Hills before opening her own salon in 2012.

Amelia's education and ongoing training includes time at the Vidal Sassoon Academy for Advanced Hair Cutting, Redken Academy for Advanced Hair Color and Corrective Techniques, and The Toni and Guy Academy for Hair Cutting and Styling. Her background in color composition at art school has seen her referred to as a "Mad Scientist of the Hair Industry", given her ability to find the right color to complement anyone's hair, skin tone & eye color.  She is also the 4th generation in her family to continue in the beauty industry.

Amelia's approach is to continue learning and honing her talent by staying current, understanding trends in styling & fashion, and most importantly, loving every minute in the salon. 

She also makes a point to incorporate instructions in all client appointments to ensure that they can duplicate their new look at home. The end result is a dedication to making all clients feel beautiful on the inside and out, all while having a blast.
